Welcome to the Clementine Mathis Rouse Scholarship Fund

The Clementine Mathis Rouse Scholarship Fund is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing scholarships annually to students in the Little Rock School District, the North Little Rock School District, and the Pulaski County School District. The Fund also acknowledges and rewards the achievement of an individual teacher in the Little Rock School District.
